How do I place an order?

To place an order, simply browse our website and select the products you would like to purchase. Add them to your cart and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to provide your shipping and payment information. Once your order is confirmed, we will prepare it for shipment or pick-up.

What is your refund policy?

All Sales Final. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue. If approved for a refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at comments@hotchocolates.ca.

How long does shipping take?

At Hot Chocolates, we strive to deliver our products in the best possible condition on the requested delivery date. However, please note that same day shipping is not available as we require 48 hours. While we take measures to mitigate shipping risks, such as adding ice packs and insulation, there are factors beyond our control, such as weather and transit delays. Therefore, the shipping guidelines provided on our website are not guarantees of a specific arrival date.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you can track your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

From April 23 to September 15, shipping to PO Boxes will be suspended. During this time, we highly recommend in-store pick up or local delivery. From September 16 to April 14, shipping to PO Boxes resumes, and standard shipping packaging will be used.

What if there is an issue with my order?

If you encounter any issues with your order, such as receiving the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and work towards a resolution. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we strive to provide excellent customer service.

Can I modify my delivery address?

If you need to modify your delivery address, please alert us immediately via email or telephone. However, please note that if your item has already shipped, we may not be able to make changes to the delivery address. It is essential to provide accurate shipping information when placing your order to avoid any delays or issues.

Are there any returns or cancellations allowed?

Once an order has shipped, there are no returns, refunds, or cancellations allowed. We take great care in preparing and packaging our products to ensure their quality and freshness. If you have any concerns or issues with your order, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.
