If approved for a refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. How long does shipping take?
At Hot Chocolates, we strive to deliver our products in the best possible condition on the requested delivery date. However, please note that same day shipping is not available as we require 48 hours. Do you ship to PO Boxes?
From April 23 to September 15, shipping to PO Boxes will be suspended. During this time, we highly recommend in-store pick up or local delivery. From September 16 to April 14, shipping to PO Boxes resumes, and standard shipping packaging will be used.
