Local Delivery Rates

Hot Chocolates/Cakebread Artisan Bakery offers local delivery via Kyte throughout the Comox Valley and surrounding areas with flat-rate pricing.

Delivery Fees by Area

  • $12 flat-rate delivery to Courtenay and Comox
  • $14 flat-rate delivery to Little River, Royston, and Cumberland
  • $20 flat-rate delivery to Union Bay and Kingfisher Pacific Resort & Spa

Delivery fees outside these areas may vary depending on the delivery provider. Estimated shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Canada Post Shipping Across Canada

We proudly offer Canada-wide shipping of Hot Chocolates products through Canada Post. 

Cakebread Artisan Bakery items are restricted to Local Delivery and In-store Pick Up only.

Hot Weather Shipping Policy

During warmer months (May through September), chocolate products may be affected by heat due to their perishable nature. To help protect your order during transit, Hot Chocolates includes complimentary cold packs and insulation packaging when required.

During this period, shipping methods are limited to:

  • Xpresspost
  • Priority Post

These shipping options help ensure your chocolates arrive in the best possible condition.

Once an order has been processed, cancellations and order changes cannot be accepted.

Order Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking confirmation email from Canada Post. Your tracking number allows you to monitor shipment progress and estimated delivery updates.

Refund & Return Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products and food safety considerations, Hot Chocolates & Cakebread Artisan Bakery do not accept returns.
